Graham works within Academic Services and was the Extenuating Circumstances Officer with responsibility for processing extension, deferral and intercalation requests. Graham is now the Student Complaints & Conduct Officer within the Office for Student Appeals, Complaints & Conduct (OSACC). 

Graham's  transferred to 麻豆传媒 in 2007 from the HE sector at Suffolk College having previously worked in the retail and energy sectors.
