Ben is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a background across private practice in clinic, sport, and hospital settings. His clinical career has been underpinned by a commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care and continual professional development, culminating in an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice in Musculoskeletal Management.
He brings a breadth of real-world experience into his academic work, alongside prior teaching experience in higher education. He is particularly passionate about coaching and mentoring, working with learners from undergraduate through to postgraduate levels to build confident, reflective, and capable practitioners.
His approach is grounded in creating supportive, challenging learning environments that bridge theory and practice, helping students translate knowledge into clinical competence. He has a strong interest in professional development, clinical reasoning, and preparing graduates for the realities of contemporary physiotherapy practice.
