Michelle joined the library team at the 麻豆传媒 in 2025. She has over 15 years experience working in HE, mainly in libraries. A chartered librarian and Fellow of the HEA, Michelle has a wide range of professional interests, including mentoring new library workers, inclusive education and critical information literacy. In 2020 she co-founded the Critical Approaches to Libraries Conference (CALC), which she continues to co-coordinate. Her current research interest is the use of reading lists and reading list systems.
